At Giò House, you won’t just find a guesthouse, but a welcoming environment created with love by Erika, Simone, Michael, and sweet Giovanna. For us, each room reflects the atmosphere of a home because we believe that hospitality should be a comfortable and relaxing experience, a true family embrace as soon as you cross the threshold.
Our philosophy is simple but profound: we believe that every traveler, whether away for business or leisure, deserves to feel at home in a new and unfamiliar place.
Not coincidentally, our logo represents a tree with deep roots and blossoming branches: the roots symbolize the solidity of our family, the fertile ground from which our love for hospitality grows; the branches, on the other hand, are all those warm hugs, laughter, and shared stories, ready to blossom with each new entry at Giò House.
Our greatest desire is to give you the feeling of not just being a guest but being completely at ease in a place that makes you feel welcomed like family.

Environmental commitment
For us, taking care of our home also means taking care of our planet, and we have built Giò House as a true green haven in the heart of Fossano.
Our complex has been renovated in energy class A4, ensuring an “environmentally friendly” setting. The choice to use photovoltaic panels, the best contemporary insulation and air conditioning methods, and a Mechanical Controlled Ventilation (MCV) system are our response to harmonious coexistence with nature.
Here, eco-sustainability blends with the comfort of your own home.

At Giò House, every new project is an inclusive invitation for everyone to take part in this welcoming experience. That's why we are planning to expand the spaces with a cozy bar and areas dedicated to accommodating individuals with disabilities.
